RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We have an exchange/credit-only policy (issued via voucher code). If you wish to exchange an item, the total amount will be credited towards your next purchase. Exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Change of heart? It's okay. We will gladly exchange and/or issue credit for your purchase. Inquiries must be addressed within 7 days from the day you received your order, accordingly with the original Eloisetowear delivery note.
- Any purchase past the 7-day mark will not be accepted. All merchandise requires original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the original condition it was purchased.
- All purchases of sale items are final. We do not offer exchange/credit on sale items.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including the initial shipping cost, unless Eloise has sent the wrong item. Initial shipping cost will be subtracted from the credit amount towards your next order.
- Please ensure returned clothing is packaged properly, we will not accept damaged items.
- The amount of your exchanged item/s will be credited towards your next order, as we do not offer refunds.
Please note - we only accept returns that were purchased via this website. We do not accept merchandise/s that were purchased offline or via the third parties.
If this scenario should occur, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Your exchange or credit will not be accepted unless we receive an email prior to receiving your return. Once we have confirmed your eligibility for an exchange, we will explain the step-by-step instruction including the postal address where you can send the merchandise/s to.
